WILL THERE BE LOTS OF WORK TO DO IN BETWEEN SESSIONS?
During each session we will set action points together for you to go away and achieve. The action points will be just right for your needs and the free time that you have. They will not be onerous and unachievable. They will be closely linked to your goals, positive and you will want to do them.
The aim of my coaching is to instill new habits which last in the long term. This is not about a quick fix and there are many small steps to take before achieving your goals.
WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
You don't need to do anything to prepare. Our first session will delve into your objectives and set us off on our journey to changing your habits and changing your life.
It would help if you are in a quiet environment with a method of making a few notes where you won't be distracted or interrupted. Other than that you just need to turn up and I will do the rest!
HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
You can contact me by email or phone and I will get in touch to arrange a free consultation with you over the phone.
The purpose of the consultation is to see whether you would like to work with me and whether I believe I can help you. There is no obligation on you to commit. If I don't think I am the right coach for you I will point you in the direction of someone else who can help.
